1. Purchasing

1.1 By choosing to purchase from this site you enter into an agreement with the Food Brands Group. You agree to pay us for the item(s) ordered and any delivery costs, Food Brands Group agrees to despatch the item(s) to you as soon as reasonably possible. We aim to have orders with you within a week, dependent on the postal/courier service.

1.2 Once your order has been made you will receive an order confirmation email. Keep this until the item(s) have been received, in the case of any delays or errors this will allow us to help solve problems.

2. Online Payments

2.1 Any payments made on the website will be made using a secure server and every endeavour will be made to protect all personal information and credit and debit card details from outside parties. We will not email you to ask for card details or expect you to re-enter details via an email link to a site. Should there be any problems with a credit or debit card you will be contacted by phone or email to resolve the problem.

6.4 Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at the address provided above by registered post. Receipt of such notice shall be deemed to have taken place 2 working days after posting. Any formal legal notices that we send to you shall be sent to you by registered post at the last known address provided by you and receipt by you shall be deemed to have taken place 2 working days after posting.
