In addition to being a pioneer and major supporter of the Fairtrade and Organic movements Percol also has its own initiatives to support sustainable community and environmental projects in developing countries.

Over the last ten years, Percol coffees have directly supported sustainable healthcare, educational and microcredit programmes in Latin American coffee farming communities. By working closely with local partners on the ground, it is possible help improve the lives of children and their families. To date Percol has donated the equivalent of $500,000. [read more ...]

Because we care passionately about the plight of Africa, we have undertaken our own initiative to help improve the standard of living for children through working closely with local partners in rural Africa. With this in mind the Percol African range is currently helping raise money for “Schools in Africa”.

Honduras is one of the world’s poorest countries and needs help urgently. La Tigra National Park may be a rainforest paradise, but for the communities that live there life is about hardship with little sign of hope on the horizon.
